Terms of Service

Envoice (“Envoice”, “we”, “us”) is a SaaS e-invoicing tool built for UAE businesses. By creating an account or using any part of the Envoice service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Envoice.

To use Envoice you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@envoice.ae.

Envoice is offered on a subscription basis:

• Monthly plan: AED 39 per month (inclusive of applicable VAT).
• Annual plan: AED 359 per year (inclusive of applicable VAT).

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payment is charged in advance. If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a short grace period before suspending access to paid features.

Your first invoice is free with no credit card required. The feature scope of the free tier may change over time; we will give reasonable notice of any reductions. Existing free invoices are not affected by tier changes.

You may not use Envoice to:

• Create fraudulent, false, or otherwise illegal invoices.
• Violate any applicable UAE law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Resell or sublicense the Envoice service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

Your invoices and the data you enter are your content. You retain full ownership. By using Envoice, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, deliver, and back up your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating Envoice.

We target high availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. For support, email support@envoice.ae; we aim to respond within one business day.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these Terms with reasonable notice where practical. In cases of serious violations (fraud, illegal activity), we may act immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Envoice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid to us in that same period.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create and for your own compliance with UAE tax law, including VAT obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Envoice shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate in which Envoice is registered.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of Envoice after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
